Linnea is the associate editorial director, publications & membership, at a 6,500-member professional association. She is responsible for the association’s flagship publications, social media strategy, a special 300-member leadership council, & the association’s scholarship program.

She's been a writer for as long as she can remember and has wanted to be a novelist since she was eight years old. She writes in the literary fiction genre about our everyday world. Linnea has written one completed novel, which she has put aside, as well as many short stories. She is currently working on a new novel to be completed early 2023. Ultimately, her goal is to publish traditionally within the next three to five years.

In the non-fiction space, Linnea writes about the things she loves, namely food, books, writing, and travel. For a glimpse into this work, visit the Blog.

Outside of her writing life, Linnea is a voracious reader who enjoys hiking, baking and cooking, and spending time with her husband and their dogs, Hans (left in photo) and Fig (right in photo). She lived in the north of Boston area her whole life but moved to southern Maine in the summer of 2022 to live the small farm dream. She can't imagine living away from the ocean and mountains.
